Skirt Blowing in the Wind

This first struck me as a voyeur idea, but could lead to all variations if they meet.

Perhaps it is a very windy blustery day and she has an umbrella that blows away as she tries to control her skirt ?

Our protagonist ( either gender ) rescues the brolly and returns it.

Would those girls be different to the kind of girl who would worry about both the skirt and the umbrella?


What characteristics would she have in either case? What would she look like? (nothing quite like stereotyping grrr).


Would she be pantyless?
Would the umbrella be black or bright pink with white polkadots?

I think pink polka dots, matching her hat band .

Sounds to me like you are halfway to figuring out the story.
