You win!

Done and dusted.

Thanks for posting the games Brad

Awesome. I'm officially pronouncing this thread dead.

Not sure how to play

What I do is put together a picture. Like this one...

http://stonebuff.tv/tbird/separation29.jpg

And starting with the top picture (Brad Pitt) you have to link each actor in the next rows until you get to the person in the bottom picture (Phoebe Cates)

Brad Pitt was in Moneyball with Jonah Hill
Jonah Hill was in Get him to the Greek with Rose Byrne

etc..

Each player can only guess one actor in a 12 hour period.

Is anyone interested in playing this game? Or is it totally done?

I loved this game but don't have the time anymore to give it justice...Lit time or any time...it can become a real obsession!:D I wonder if many of us regulars lost the taste for it after we lost Moonie...

There are a lot of newish people around who might jump on board, but I just don't see any game or quiz threads on here any more...I don't really count the ABC or word posting threads as quizzes, they're not exactly taxing...

Are you thinking of restarting it BBB?

I was thinking about it.

I also loved this game! Funny because it has entered my mind no less than about four times in the last month and I wondered if anyone was also interested in reviving it.

So I'd be in if you do BBB, just let me know.

What she said! :D

Hiya Newbie! :rose: Howdy Brad!

I spend a lot less time on Lit than I used to, but I'd certainly play when I was here. I think the key would be getting some new people interested. It's a fun game, but you really need more than 3 or 4 players.

Hi IM!!! It's sooo good to see you :)

I think there might be a few new ones... at least I hope so... once they understood it and saw it can be a lot of fun.

This.

And, Janey, you're right, at least for me. Ever since Moonie passed, my desire for these games waned. But I might be tempted if B3 starts one anew, although I was TERRIBLE at 6 degrees - and I'm a bit on the competitive side when it comes to quizzes .

Okee dokee....

I'm putting a new one up.

We'll see what happens.

A reminder of the VERY confusing rules:

*I will post an initial picture, a string of pictures in the middle, and then a concluding picture. The first person has to use the initial picture, and one of the pictures in the middle string, and "connect" them when they appear in the same movie. The next person will take the second performer listed in the previous response, and select one of the remaining pictures in the middle string, and find a film those have in common. This continues until there is only one picture in the middle string, which then has to be "connected" to the end picture.
*There may be more than one correct way of navigating through the set of pictures. However, not every choice will let you get all the way through the list. If you think that is the case, and you find yourself stuck, you may back up as far back in the response list as you like and restart the list at that point.
*A person can only post to a particular set once every 12 hours; that is, you may post again 12 hours after your last post on the same set. The clock also restarts with every new set of pictures.
*Only posts in the string that finally makes it to the end will count for points for those that posted on that set.
*The strings will get longer with each correct set of answers (up to a point).
*One last note, these are all film connections ... not television.

Here are some hints just so people can get the ball rolling:

This one has not been jumbled, so the pictures are linked in order. The actress in the top row is linked to the actor in the first picture on the second row. That actor is linked to the third picture .... and so on. I just want new folks to get the hang of it.

The actress in the first picture doesn't look anything like her teenage self in that picture.

The actor in the second picture doesn't look anything like his teenage self either.

The last three pictures are head shots from imdb.com.

So, I can start this with...

Jane Krakowski and Anthony Michael Hall in National Lampoon's Vacation

Is that how this works?
