site question

not sure if this is where to post this, but i don see anywhere else.

When im not logged in i see avatars for each persons posts, and images just show up in post (some times at least). But when im logged in i see nothing. No avatars at all. Every image is only a link. What up with that? If anything i would assume it would be the opposite.

If avatars are not showing you must have them turned off in your control panel

control panel > settings options> edit options>

scroll down to 'thread display options' > visible post elements > check the 'show avatars' box
