My Former Addiction
When I was in college I decided I had to break my three pack a day habit of Camels, filtered like that really mattered. I had a friend suggest I switch to smoking small cigars and it actually worked, there was still the 'holdung something' in my hand and I found I would draw less on the cigarello than a regular butt. Mind it's twenty years later and I still fire up a Macanudo or Royal Jamacian but it's when I want to and not an everyday thing like it was....Best of luck, it's a tough monkey to dislodge....
