I just finished reading this thread and I dialed 911 for the ambulace to take me to get my hernia stitched up.

He will appreciate the section of large intestine which is protruding from my stomach because as I squeeze it I can feel the ripe toot which is developing in there....it definitely is not fecal....I can tell by the spongy baloon quality of the protruberance.

Maybe I will pop it when I get in the ambulance just to gross out the EMT's. <pocketing my swiss army knife>...
