Begin with a square bracket ([), and then URL=
then cut and paste the link, ie: http://www.literotica.com/forum/showthread.php?threadid=94321&perpage=25&pagenumber=106
then put a ] after the last character in the URL, write the text you want to have shown (ie- Bah, in my case), and then close with [/URL]
(at the top of this post, I've included the proper way to format it, but I've put spaces in so that you can see the work... remove the spaces when you put all of yours together)
