Sickly Sister sees step-sisters sapphically Scissoring

Sorry, couldn't resist the alliteration.

The idea I have is that a girl gets sick and her parents ask her twin step-sisters to look after her while they're gone. While the girl at first thinks her step-sisters only agreed so they could throw a party, they actually seem more than happy to make her comfortable in the living room. Really, they seem to be doing a good job and as she passes out for the night, the young woman is feeling a lot better about the idea.

Late at night though, she wakes up with a splitting headache and a fever. She crawls off the couch, too out of it to think straight, trying to make it to the hall bathroom to get some tylenol. As she passes her step-sister's room though, she hears some strange noises and peeks inside, only to find the two of them going at it. Half-shocked and half too exhausted to move, she just stands at the doorframe, watching her step-sisters have sex until her exhaustion overcomes her and she collapses.

The next morning, the young woman wakes up on the couch, her step-sisters looking anxiously at her.

I figured it would be a fun idea for several reasons. First, it could be fun to play with the idea of reality vs. fever dream. Maybe she really did see her step-sisters have sex...or maybe she just had a subconscious fantasy play out while her body had a severe fever. Second, there could be scenes where the step sisters have to help her take a shower or bath and the young woman isn't sure whether all of their scrubbing is perfectly innocent or not. Third, having had some pretty bad fevers in my time, I know how easy it is to lose track of your surroundings and slip in and out of conciousness. What if she decides to rub one out but between the pleasure and her own fever, she has no idea how much noise she's making or that her step-sisters are nearby.

Alternatively, her step-sisters admit to their relationship and she has to come to terms with it while also dealing with being sick.

Of course, I'd love to hear whatever twists, suggestions, or modifications you might have.

Gosh, there's a lot to like about that idea and I hope you decide to run with it, write it up and share!

I love the "did it happen or not" element. Inexperienced with fevers like you describe, it would be speculation for me.

The "did I see that or not?" element, I think, is key. Followed closely by her fighting with being strangely attracted to the idea. If she didn't see it, she wants to. If she did see it, she wants them to admit it, but how can she ever ask them about it?

I think I'm going to give this idea a shot. I figured I'd make the main character freshly graduated from high school and either have her step-sisters done with their first year of college or having just finished at their own separate school.

I figured I would go ahead with making it unclear whether the step-sisters have ever had sex with each other all the way through the story (I figured it could make some humorous internal dialogue for the league as she tries to rationalize this kind of relationship or even come up with increasingly less likely first-time stories for her step-sisters as she becomes more obsessed with the idea), though when the three of them do inevitably do the deed, I figured The two of them wouldn't be reluctant.
