Hey now! I've been sticking to my Weight Watcher program and Doritos is not on my plan. Thankyouverymuch. :rolleyes:

Having a small bag, the lunch ones, now and then isn't bad. Hell, I'm diabetic and I have cheesecake on my birthday. It takes me 4 days to eat it though :eek:. forkful or so once a day.

Absolutely true. Moderation is a great plan for most people.

Most people can't do that. They're the ones who complain that most restaurants are serving bigger portions. Um, ever hear of leftovers? I'm thinking they haven't.

I feel like you just contradicted yourself. One post you're saying having a small bag of chips every now and then isn't horrible, but then you say most people can't handle moderation. :confused:

Honestly I'm just focusing on me and learning about what works for me. This past year between attending Overeaters Anonymous meetings and Weight Watchers meetings I've gained more insight in myself and what I need to do for me. I understand that a few Doritos once in a while isn't the end of the world, but for me I've learned chips lead to a binge and I am better off avoiding them all together. I don't give a shit what anyone else eats. I'll be avoiding them. I'm not saying I know all the answers and I sure as hell didn't get to be this weight by eating moderately. But I'm ready to change and last year I dropped over 30 pounds, so at least I'm moving in the right direction.

I'm saving my excitement for the jello shots and game of naked twister of course ;)

We have Twister. Instead of wasting time making jello shots, how about we do body shots instead?
