This is an idea for a mind control story that I have. What if there was a shy 18 year old boy with a sickness that turned any woman around him into a sexy monster from gothic horror, like vampires, werewolves, or succubi. The monsters have absolute love and loyalty towards the boy, but have no morals besides that. They desire to spread the boy’s disease to others and infect the entire world. They will not willingly harm or hurt their master in anyway, but will ignore his orders when they think it’s against his best interest, which they believe is to protect him, keep him satisfied at all times, and to gather more girls for him.

So I think your idea is a little too busy.
Let me make a counter proposal.
Shy boy but his disease or condition makes monster girls attracted to him. So this shy sickly guy suddenly has all these intimidating but gorgeous women lusting after him.
That way you can focus on this shy guy suddenly having women be interested in him, build up a core cast and then you can expand it once you build that core cast up.
It also can allow for some drama: like what if it is a disease that is hurting him? Are they attracted to his mortality? If a doctor proposes a cure, does he take it, knowing the risk his harem might leave?
I just think his disease transforming women AND making them attracted to him AND making them want to spread the disease is a bit much

This idea is fantastical that it feels like dream. So maybe it is a dream in the mind of a young man who's in a coma. Yeah it's a little sad but the upside is that there's no limit to the adventures he can have with his harem. Fucking Elvira on the Eiffel Tower? No problem. Then you can add in what's happening to him in real life.

I think it needs a bit more structure, it seems all a bit random.
Like @Brandnewbuddy said it is a bit much.
However I do think it's possible if you give it a bit more backstory, reasoning and structure.
Maybe the 18 y/o guy is actually an Alpha werewolf, as an Alpha, women who have sex with him become bound to him, they become his 'mates' and they will do anything for him. Monster women are also now naturally drawn to him. Though only being 18 y/o he lacks control over his powers. This causes his 'mates' to not be under his complete control. So they do what they feel is in his best interest, which is mainly creating the strongest 'pack' with him as the Alpha. This naturally includes making the pack larger (They will look for girls for him.)
(Maybe they also want to further awaken the wolf inside him?)
Now you could make him abnormal, even for an Alpha as in that not just werewolves are bound to him in this way, any female that he beds becomes his mate. This doesn't happen with normal Alpha's, so the Alpha wolf inside him must be exceptionally strong. This also causes the girls to look for new girls among the strongest races of monster girls.
The only exception are humans, human women aren't bound to him even if he beds them. Coincidentally he has fallen in love with a human girl (18 y/o) and she falls in love with him as well. However his pack wants to turn her into a werewolf/Vampire/etc. (Basically each girl wants to turn her into what they themselves are). They believe getting her under control to truly join the pack is in his best interest. However he himself wants to be loved for who he is and doesn't want to 'control' her in that way and wants her to stay human.
It would be a story about him creating and expending his pack/harem, while he has to protect the girl he loves from them. Throughout the story he could gain more powers and grow stronger, eventually being able to exert enough control be able to order the others to back off and leave the human girl alone as he finally fully takes his place as leader of the pack and the true Alpha werewolf.
I would scratch the whole him turning them into monster girls and have them just be monster girls all along.
The idea stays mostly the same, but there is a bit more reason to the whole scenario. The powers he have come from somewhere. He has motivations, to protect and to grow stronger. He is still special, even among Alpha's, so it gives Main Character vibes.
Of course not saying this is how you should do it, but I hope this will inspire you and maybe help you to shape your idea a bit more.
