I'm not sure how being shy socially and in person is going to change writing. You're hidden behind a computer so you can unleash whatever's inside of you.

You have a good start and it sounds like you know what you want. Why not try writing it, and finding editor help instead of author help? That'll be handier, I think.

I would think most of these story ideas ARE! that persons fantasies. I know mine are.

Just a matter of creating the right environment to enable your fantasy to find its way into the reality of your writing. Clear the mind, the room and the potential for interruptions so that movie can play in your imagination. Because, that personal film has played enough times in your head to compel you to engage this site. Just a matter of sharing the details that entice you the most

So the really, really hard trick here is to understand that there may just be a teensy difference between what turns a particular individual on and what makes for an interesting story to present to a general readership...

I find for me the easiest way to a story is to put my own fantasies, or real life situations into a story, and I make sure they can be real and relatable. I usually have people I know in mind when I think of a story. Like if my wife and I go on a vacation, and meet other people, do something that gets me thinking, or like if I see a guy checking out my wife. I can put some of the things we do into a realistic story. If you always have sex close in mine, there are so many things that you can come up with in making a story.

It really depends. Trying to write something you think will be pleasing to erotica readers will sometimes backfire and sometimes hit the mark. Why not just try to write something that really gets you going, and see what the reaction is? I've had my worst and BEST comments when doing that. But what do I know?
