How do you use them in your writing?

Do you have a theory for using showing & telling?

I always like to show and tell in my stories. I like to bring the reader into the world I've created and make them a part of it all. I try to keep it realistic and detail enough about things to keep it believable.
Inner thoughts, I like to keep to a minimum and let the characters talk it out. Action needs description from different POV's (the event itself, and the re-action to it, literally and figuratively). Yeah, show and tell is good in my opinion.

Ahem. In writing terms, it's show OR tell. I'm sold on the theory that showing is best when you can do it, and I keep that in my mind while I'm writing. I don't think I go back much to change telling to showing, though, so I've either balanced it enough to suit myself or I just wasn't being too bright when I wrote and reviewed it.
