Number two for sure from this end, we all need help from time to time and it's a nice feeling to 'be there for someone', and to have someone 'who's there for you'

Number three isn't always true over here either, most 'hard' workers are in utility jobs and very low paid, on the other hand if you blag your way through uni and get letters after your name, there's a high paid job waiting for you to fuck up at the earliest opportunity.
