You should easily be able to attach the pic files. Don't what the problem is.

When I click on the thing that says insert image, it asks for an internet location (i.e http// blah blah blah). My photos are on my computer so my question is, how do you address this?

Upload it to a hosting site, but make sure that your photos are allowed on that site in terms of material. Then post the link they give you when asked.

You should be able to upload from your computer by clicking on Manage Attachments, in the Additional Options section.
