Shoulder acne

Does anyone have any ideas on how to get rid of acne on shoulders and back. I have tried special soap and it will no totally clear up. It is embarrassing to take off my shirt which is affecting my sex life:

I would suggest seeing a dermatologist. Quite often if it won't clear up with just soap, then it can be a bacterial type of acne, and lotions and even anitbiotics can be prescribed to help.

Good luck and try not to be embarassed by it, many people have it.

I have a friend who SWEARS by Pro-Active products. You can get them online. I've seen the before and after and it's really impressive.

I've been plagued by the same problem.

One thing I've realized over the years is that you never cure acne, you just minimize the breakouts.

I'll take a look at that proactive, although the benzoil peroxide might bleach my shirts. Maybe I can use it only at night.

Welllll......dont sit around in sweaty clothes, and if your skin is oily, try taking a shower morning and night. Try to find products with sulfur in it. There is a thin cream that you can get from a doc called sulfacet...the stuff is amazing.
