of course he should: he gets tested all the time, no doubt, but it's about setting the visual those who follow his example might follow and it'd save lives by slowing the transmission rate. and birx was just saying there's more evidence now to suggest wearing them also helps protect the wearer, more than they first supposed.
but it's about setting a 'normalcy', an 'it's the right thing to do/we're all in this together' message to those who trust his word and actions. for the rest of us, most are already wearing them and know if he suddenly took to wearing one now in public now it'd only be because he cares about losing votes come november.

weeks back, he said he was taking it every day. not a peep from him since more and more reports have shown it's great at doing what it's supposed to do but has no beneficial effects (and some dangerous ones) when used as a potential treatment for in-hospital covid patients (and has been dropped)

The general consensus here seems to be, posters fall into one of two categories: either you are

There is no middle ground. At least, according to Mal Huevo (and his many alternate usernames) and some other people on here.
Now, I think a good leader should lead by example, so (to answer the original question) yes he probably should wear a mask.
BUT: Remember he is the Dear Leader. Who are we to criticize him? I mean, If we dare criticize our Dear Leader for not doing something, then we may find ourselves in some "Re-Education camp" somewhere. Or so, many of the regular posters would wish.
