just thought i'd like to add that a new poster pm'd me a few days ago to say that hann's posted on another board where he did the same tricks he does here ... and infact he said that hann's made a post about actually coming over to literotica to cause trouble when he left the old board

of course that could all be part of the conspiracy

but it didn't seem so and the person that pm'd me seemed genuine

I can't speak for storm, but I'd imagine any reluctance would be because he doesn't want to wrongfully accuse anyone.


He feels pretty certain he knows who it is, I know who he thinks it is, and I can't see it for the life of me. However, I've also not seen what evidence he has. I just think that troll hunts are more hurtful than helpful.

I agree with everything you said except the part about Storm being wrong. I can see it perfectly. I don't, however, know for sure. So I won't say who he thinks it is either. I will say that someone else here made the same guess and for many of the same reasons. I respect both of the "guessers" - especially when they came to the same conclusions separately.

I'm a bad troll hunter though, so I'm staying out of it.

He and I put the puzzle pieces together yesterday. We could be wrong. I am about 90% sure we are right, but that is a 10% margin of error and neither one of us want to hurt an innocent person. what's even worse is that its not one person with this knowledge, it's a whole damn slew of people PMing amongst themselves passing the info back and forth between each other but not bothering to tell the rest of us. that's not cool. is it really that you respect the privacy of some one who sets out to piss people off or is it that you don't want to look like a fool and be wrong? i am willing to bet it's more of a self centered thing and you don;t want to look stupid if you arent right.

No, Indigo, it is truely that we don't want anyone to be hurt. We could be wrong, wouldn't be the first time. I don't know if you have been around long enough to see the damage troll hunts cause, but many others do. It is ugly, it is cruel and we don't wanna subject others to it.
