Should mandatory conceal carry be made a requirement of ObamaCare?

Since self protection of ones health is best guaranteed by owning, training and carrying a concealed handgun, and it is certainly a healthcare issue to protect ones own health, we should require every American, under the commerce clause, to carry a concealed handgun, or face an IRS fine. ObamaCare has been stretched to ensure we only drink soda's under 16 ounces, and to regulate our popcorn, we can hardly afford to let government mandates for self defense be considered any less vital as a government hand-holding mandate for our own good. Those who refuse or feel objections to this should be educated by our government, in its awesome and bound duty to protect us all from ourselves, cradle to grave. It's the new world of government above the people, beyond the people, and for the good of even the most non-compliant people!
