Should disabled people be oppressed?

Should people with disabilities, especially congenital cognitive/intellectual disabilities be socially/economically oppressed and repressed because of their burden and limited usefulness to our society?

Should they by injected with slow-kill viruses hidden in vaccines to cause premature death from disease?

Need they be forcibly sterilized to prevent them from passing their defective genes onto another generation?

no, but i believe some of them (say, those with an iq of 89) should have their internet access removed, and that they should be banned from expressing views on politics which they are clearly too dim to have a valid opinion on.

obviously it would be better if they did this voluntarily.

yes, and this is why you should post on the playground.

IQ of 89 isn't exactly a rocket scientist.

Curiously though, for someone who has such a low functioning IQ, you manage to make Internet stalking an art form.....perhaps you're an idiot savant?

I firmly believe in the forced sterilization of individuals whose disabilities are caused by congenital faults in their genetics.

They pass these flaws onto the children, and so forth.

Seriously you are in need of professional help. Take your computer into you next doctor's appointment and show them what you have been doing here.

You have to be at least 35 years old and meet a few other criteria in order to be eligible.

Crap.
You can go to a private doctor and get it done whenever you like after you become an adult.
And don't tell us you can't afford it - my bet is your super-rich family would be happy to pay for this.

We don't need any more people with sub-100 IQ's running around do we?

If only more congenitally flawed and weak-gened people would (voluntarily) choose to be sterilized.

No, you don't. My brother got snipped when he was 28. He & his wife were done having kids & so he got it done.

You know what Mike? I am an Epileptic, but I never allow that to hold me back. Mine was due to a birth defect and not my genes. I don't let my disability get in the way of me my life. I travel the country as a writer and I take care of my family. I don't have any children yet, but if I ever do, I'll teach them to not to think that because someone has a disability, that makes them defective.

Oh and in regards to your IQ argument, 10 years ago it scored at 150.

I would rather have epilepsy than have a low IQ/below-average intelligence.

These disadvantages will prevent me from accomplishing many things in my lifetime.

The only thing that puts you at a disadvantage, is yourself. Unless you are a freaking vegetable, the only thing holding you back is either fear or an anchor & I dobt see a chain coming out of your ass.......

if life were that simple you'd weigh 140 pounds, yes?

i know you're talking to fruitloop but you're doing a great disservice to other people who genuinely struggle. not everybody has the emotional strength to just get on with it, and it's not merely a question of bucking up nd pulling yourself together.

I scored 89 on an IQ test in high school and was told that I had something called borderline intellectual functioning.

I am disabled
and my usefulness to society is restricted.

They should be treated as beloved companions while you should be voluntarily euthanized with happy warm-feeling drugs in front of a huge screen of poppy fields, like in Soylent Green.

Because you want to do the right thing!

:)

What about the physics and mathematics that is required in college?
