Today April 19th, 1775, our experiment called the United States began. At Lexington and Concorde, the rowdy "Yankee Doodles" Fired on his majesty's armed forces in the first armed resistance to England's rule. My question is, do you think Americans today would resist an oppressive government or rule with as much resolve? Do you think we are way to comfortable with our material possessions to feel that threatened again? We are already pissing and moaning about the long lines at airports and such in our present conflict. If military rule was instituted on every street in America, would Americans take up arms?
The resistance began when the British commander was sent to seize the colonist's weapons. Since the move is on globally to disarm all citizens "for our safety and security", and so far, no nation has had an uprising from it's "subjects", do you think America will follow suit into the new enslavement? (Those with the guns make the rules)
Hmmmmmm?
