Off shopping tomorrow with Dolf :nana: :nana:

I need sensible, winter clothes.

Dolf really needs shoes.

So we will head for the important items first ~ shoes, handbags and jewellary and if there is any money left we will be in the chocolate shop.

After that I will think about warm sensible clothes :p

Why do you need winter clothes? Have you finally decided to visit Greenland? ;)
(because here we have only got a tiny little snow-storm today)

Cool. Give her a hug for me. I miss her.

Actually, oddly enough, I left her an offline today just saying hi. LOL

Are clothes really necessary? LOL!

Hopefully not, but I still have to get to and from the airport.

Of course if I wear handcuffs and collar that should be enough lol

There is no such thing as a 'tiny, little snowstorm'

If you keep scaring me I will stay in bed the whole time I am there, and then who will make you coffee???

If you go down the hall, first door on the left she is hanging out on the GB.

Watching the passing trade, eyeing up the men and generally eating people up and spitting the bones into the gutter.

I don't think she has changed

The good news for me is that I don't have to get in a car with her

I plan to find out which car park she is using and then park somewhere else LOL

She gets cranky when I show up at the GB. I kill her threads. *shrugs*

I'm a GB thread killer.

Had an interesting day of hitting the shops.

For those of you how know dolf, you will know of her slave like adoration of shoes.

I think she must have been taken over by aliens, at one point she said 'I don't need shoes'

I had to take her into a shop and let her drool over (and buy) some fishnet stockings, otherwise I may have been convinced she had been taken over by, or abducted by, aliens.

Thank God she seemed ok after that.

I was really worried.

Managed to buy the cutest handbag (although dolfs little girl wasn't too sure it was as fantastic as I thought it was  ), covered in black/grey and pink sequins. perfect for keeping me warm in the winter. :D

Ran out of money before either of us could find sensible things, but a good day, so who cares LOL

Finished off with the new Haryy Potter film. I warn you now, its sad and scary.
Dolf had to hold my hand I was so scared!!!

She's stil hanging around the GB, tried to persuade her back here but I think she likes it there

Well it may be that she has been taken over by aliens :(

After all, dolf suggesting she doesn't need shoes.

Thats wrong, very wrong.

I'm very worried. I mean first she goes over to the GB, and now she says she doesn't need shoes? :( She never needs shoes, but that's never stopped her. I don't need anymore nail polish, but it's not gonna stop me from getting some more next time I'm at the store. :nana:

Every now and then as in 'every now (that I'm near a shop that sells them and) then (whenever I think of them)'?
Any good ideas how to store shoes? I don't have any more space!

I would have clucked my tongue with disdain - until I read your location and I clucked my tongue knowing.

dolf is not sensible!!!

She is wonderfully, funny, slightly mad and even her daughter thinks her sense of humour is odd. But I think she's great.

Actually I knew it could not be aliens as we had a major emergency when we met.

Her nails were needing polished and one had broken.
It was straight to the chemist for emergency supplies then to the coffee shop for surgery.

I think its the shoe shops fault she made this out of character comment. The fashions this season are not great.

I have childs size feet and hate shopping for shoes for me.
So cant help on this one.

My problem is handbags, I have so many I have run out of places to put them.

I love small, shiny handbags just big enough for a mobile phone and credit card. This time of year there are so many to choose from.

I want them all

:)

But Canada can get cold. Now if she lived near Killi I would understand alot better.

I am not allowed to mention my dislike of exercise or my dislike of the cold anymore.

:(

But can't bring myself to say I like it, I am planning on taping my mouth closed in order to stop mentioning it.

*Hugs dolf*

Its true they were not there usual standard, but when you said emergency I have wonderful visions of men in uniform rescuing us

Thank God I managed to get a handbag or I would have been worried about both of us.

Still plenty more shoe shopping days ahead of us, so all is not lost :)

I know.. I especially hate the extended family Christmas shopping. What does one get a 92 year old woman? I tried a vibrator for great Grandma last year (that's what SHE said she wanted) but the assisted living nazi social director removed that AND her sewing kit).

Maybe something respectable this year...

I don't bother with extended family. I just tell them this . . .

"I have 9 nieces and nephews, five brothers and sisters (three under 18 years old), two moms, two dads, two mother in laws, two father in laws, three sister in laws, and four brother in laws to get presents for. How much money do you think I have?"

Then they say 'ooooooh.' and leave me alone.
