Cool, it has that new post smell and everything!

And just so everyone knows, Sks and I came up with this idea together, so that's why she started the second one. She's my partner in crime. Plus, I'm addicted to her hugs :D

I just limped in from running all morning. I had a breakfast meeting with a group of Vets & Miss J.
Then had a pick up & delivery for Op Christmas Tree / Dinner and I didn't carry anything!!
Had to stop to pick up more protein powder & a couple other things.
Just made it home with my left shoulder shaky nerve pain hurting really bad.
I'm finishing up some pc work, took more meds& then grounded with an ice pack for a while. :(
