Yes, the backlog created by current immigration law is an issue. Both Biden and Harris support addressing that law, while the Republican candidate prefers temporary measures from the executiveHere’s the story (link below). Defenders of the Harris-Biden open border policies will point out that the data doesn’t show the time horizon for when these convicted killers got in. Therefore we don’t know how many came in prior administrations.
But here’s what we do know: The killers are part of ICE’s non-detained docket. The non detained docket has more than doubled under Harris-Biden, from 3.2 million at the end of FY2020 to over 7.3 million now.

I agree. Doubling it is an issue. Shame the Harris-Biden administration waited 3.5 years to start working on it.Yes, the backlog created by current immigration law is an issue. The Biden administration did. Harris supports the Senate deal and will push for passing it (for the third time) once elected.I agree. Doubling it is an issue. Shame the Harris-Biden administration waited 3.5 years to start working on it.
Why did they wait 3 years? The Biden administration did. Harris supports the Senate deal and will push for passing it (for the third time) once elected.
The opposing candidate has no legislative plan and will continue to pursue authoritarian executive action which will continue to be blocked by the courts.
I'd say the political capital wasn't there from the left...not sure. Biden should answer for that. Why did they wait 3 years?
I agree. So should his Vice President.Biden should answer for that.
Perhaps. She should tell everyone why she didn't change Biden's mindI agree. So should his Vice President.
Or at least acknowledge the failurePerhaps. She should tell everyone why she didn't change Biden's mind
We can talk about that when you stop lying about Democrats supporting "open-border policies," as you did in this very thread.Or at least acknowledge the failure
When has any politician done anything of the sort? Their policies aren't the problem....the immigration laws are.Or at least acknowledge the failure
Shame Ol' Babydoll Hands and his Republican cronies in Congress killed the most comprehensive immigration reform legislation in our lifetimes. I would have said better late than never. Trump just says never.I agree. Doubling it is an issue. Shame the Harris-Biden administration waited 3.5 years to start working on it.
The Harris-Biden administration took office in January of 2021. The numbers don’t lie.Shame Ol' Babydoll Hands and his Republican cronies in Congress killed the most comprehensive immigration reform legislation in our lifetimes. I would have said better late than never. Trump just says never.
Immigrants in the country during their administration don't equal immigrants let into the country during their administration. The numbers don't lie.The Harris-Biden administration took office in January of 2021. The numbers don’t lie.

Both metrics under the current administration are much worse than they were under the prior administration.Immigrants in the country during their administration don't equal immigrants let into the country during their administration. The numbers don't lie.
Glad you’re happy with the dramatic increases in the prices of groceries, housing, autos, restaurants, electricity and other things that have occurred under the current administration, but does that have to do with convicted killers that have crossed the southern border?Yep, the numbers really don’t lie. The economy is doing better under Biden/Harris than under 45/Ponce.
That is irrelevant to their arrival dates. If you wish to pin their being let into the country on this administration, then probably should leave out the ones who arrived prior to it.Both metrics under the current administration are much worse than they were under the prior administration.
Trump killed it. Period. The Harris-Biden administration took office in January of 2021. The numbers don’t lie.
