All my ladies have liked it. The "shock" is the sudden sensation, even when they "know" it's (eventually) cumming.

To make this work well, there has to be some lube to make the sudden entry smooth and not a scraping or burning sensation. I get my pinky wet and then rub her anus (often with a knuckle) to get the door primed.

From that play, they may realize that the whole finger will enter sometime. But it's the timing that shocks them over the edge.
