Q. What's wrong with my new av?

A. It has absolutely nothing to do with Red Dwarf.

In a break from tradition, I've decided to select a different theme for my avs for a while. Why? Because too many people know about Red Dwarf. I've decided to baffle you all further, by selecting a more obscure show and also by not actually telling you what the show is. Anyone know?

Seeing as film quote usually take only 5 minutes for someone to come up with the correct answer, I'll give this about 2 minutes before someone replies.

If anyone replies...

I'm so alone :(

Ooh, that's a first wrong guess from Ogg. Nasty burn there.

He looks a little like Chris Rankin, who plays Percy Weasley...

What do you mean, I've got a "one-track mind"???

Ooh, strike two. It's good, but it's not the one.

Next challenger.

Hmmmmmmmm

Looks suspiciously like a young Mr Palin up to no good.

Close, but no cigar. You're right on the comedy vein. I cannot believe that no-one has got this yet. From a board that got the film that identified the 'can you ever be just whelmed?' quote (Svenskaflicka - 10 things I hate about you), this is shocking.

As always. And to help, there's now a link to an audio of Dr Cox's rant. Slight clue there.

Yes, I knew it too; Svenskaya knows I love villainous men. - Pear

Well done. Took your time didn't you? The Earl
Sir, I knew it immediately even though I never watch TV  (but I'm an americana, though more Mexicana). I simply did not see the thread when it first posted. I think the face suits you though, as I imagine.

Come On Earl!

Even I had that one! You say we're slipping, but the challenge of that was in the realm that even I, the obtuse one got it... More challenge my friend.

Good to see ya

I would've thought, with it being on NBC, that Scrubs was the most well known of the two shows.

I'm still waiting for Channel Four to get around to showing season two.

Red Dwarf has a worldwide following and is one of the most popular television shows ever. Scrubs, although excellent, is only in it's second series and limited to America and England, where it's only on terrestrial television at crap times.

I wonder if that's overstating its popularity just a tad. Granted, the show has developed quite the cult following over the years, but I can't imagine it's more popular than Doctor Who ever was, or is somehow more known to the general populace than The Hitch Hiker's Guide....

I would have gotten it sooner, but I don't watch that show. I think it's kinda... boring.

Sven, how could you say that about my show? Yes I do realise what I've said, but you deserve it :D.

Green rook: Have you seen some of the pictures of Red Dwarf conventions?

Oh, yeah? Well... your AV looks as boring as the show!

Hypocrit. At least it's more interesting than Harry Potter.
