I'm not entirely sure what I'm looking for here, nor am I entirely sure of how to make this subtle power play of a relationship work in my story. But I figure, you guys (or most of you, anyway) know more intimately and intricately how this all works. More than I do, for sure.

Basics:
Post apocalyptic Illinois. Amina has conquered several villages to the north and south of what is currently Chicago and has traveled west to Aleitheia's village to intimidate and begin the process of expanding her takeover.

Aleitheia's very young, perhaps 18 or 19. Amina has at least ten to fifteen years on her. Amina "takes a shine" to Aleitheia and demands her presence at her palace. Amina treats her somewhat poorly, so much so that Aleitheia incorrectly thinks Amina has taken her as a slave and that she's on equal ground with the rest of the house slaves.

I have no clue if I'm posting this in the right spot, but it's worth a shot, yes?

Tops/dommes/subs/slaves...wisdom? Insight? Need to know more details? Thoughts? Ideas?

Also, what is the difference between a body slave and a sex slave, if there is any difference?

Thanks to all.....Trin:rose:

Hmm. I think it would be sexier for your story, if Amina avoided all the current role descriptions..

"You're not my slave, Alethia, but you are mine."

Depending on how you set up your culture, a body slave might be a dresser, bather, guard, and general factotum making sure that the Master or Mistress is comfortable. That slave might even be in charge of picking out the sex slaves. Or, they could sometimes be the preferred sex partner, but seeing to an owner's safety and comfort might be more appreciated than fucking them, after all.. It might depend on the owner.

Thank you for replying, Stella.

Amina never refers to Aleitheia as a slave, sexual or otherwise, but Aleitheia sees the dynamic between Amina and her regular slaves and thinks that she is now one of them.

I get the sense that body slaves are going to be much more prominent than sex slaves.

I have nothing useful to add, but I wanted to say I  your av.

Who, me? :) I'm a total X/G subtexter. ;)

Yeeeeees.

I am, too, actually. Though I must say I do like the idea of Xena/Gabrielle/Ares threesomes. Just sayin'.

God, Ares was one hot flaming douchebag.

Um, ok, thread hijack over. :rose:

So the difference is a body slave is a slave without the explicit title "sex slave".

You could do a class thing. Upper class, lower class, dominant/submissive relationship is the social etiquette.
