"Gggggggaahhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!! Nowwwwwwwwwww!!! Nowwwwwwwww!!! Ohhhhhhh!!! Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!! Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!! Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!" She said.
All right, that's my favorite line of dialog to date. :p

I don't know why I had thought every Lit author was full of it when they had mentioned dialog with extraneous letters were considered by some writers as spoken language. I wouldn't have believed until I saw it for myself.

Bathos

I think the "She said" is an example of intentional bathos to symbolise the decline from the plateau of heightened experience.

Had the author written "She screamed, screeched, yelled" or some other emotive utterance that would have indicated that her experience was continuing to be emotive.

As it is, her partner must be an insensitive macho man who withdraws, rolls over and snores as soon as his needs are met. Thus the "She said" portrays the woman's dissatisfaction with the post-orgasmic behaviour of her partner.

Don't you agree?

Yes, I agree. - rolls over and snores - ;) I didn't see that at first, you're right Og — I couldn't get past all letters and exclamation points to see the lack of sensitivity in the dialog end tag.

Another explanation

Maybe it's just that some of the letters on the keyboard are sticky.

sticky? Are you suggesting some Lit authours eat their toast with marmalade while typing?

or did you mistake this for " Do you ever orgasm while writing?"?
