You may need to reduce the file size with one of the programs out there. If nothing else, just save them as GIF files instead of JPG.

I'll try to go to a GIF, but since I am a noob I'm not sure ho. If you want to coach me, I'm sur you won't be disapointed.

If you can open the file in MS Paint, then you should be able to do a Save As and change the file type.

If you have a better graphics program, then you have more options available to you.

You should have a lot of options available to you in photoshop, including just shrinking the picture a little. I just don't have much personal experience with that program.

In either photoshop or paint you should be able to do a Save As and convert it to a GIF file. That should reduce the file size, but it still might not make it small enough.

Photoshp should let you shrink the picture.

It took me for ever and now I'm trying to figure out what i did to get it right.

I'd recommend grabbing a freeware image editor (I use a Win 3.1X version of Paint Shop Pro - technically shareware, but the company removed the locks, and it works nicely on Win ME). Then, it's just a matter of resizing.
