She has an expensive CUNT! Erin Andrews awarded $55 million in peephole case

I did not see the video but $55M seems like a lot of money for taking a little look at her tits and her pussy.

I am not condoning spying on her in the hotel bathroom, that was wrong. But from what I read, the video was not very good. Also, for as long as people have been on the earth, men have been visually stimulated. In other words, men have always been guilty of trying to steal a look at a naked woman. Sometimes it gets carried away like it did with Erin Andrews and what happened to her was wrong.

But what Andrews needs to remember is that being a woman means guys are going to "look her over" in a sexual way, its only natural for guys to want to do this and a certain degree of sexual objectification comes with being a woman. And her posing in bikinis and other intentionally attractive poses she is going to increase guys' curiosity. So there are some realities about her situation she should accept.

She may not have given her permission to be videoed but she did tempt a guy who had some misguided values. What he did was wrong but the average civil award in Tennessee for cases like this is $404,000 so Andrews probably did deserve something but nothing close to $55M.

She won't get $55mil.

The hotel's tab is $27 mil and they and the lawyers will agree to a smaller payout in cash.

The perp will never pay any significant amount of money.

She'll end up with about $9-10Mil...

She deserves it.

I say $500K is fair for an invasion of her privacy. Beyond that she already showed that she likes showing off her body in a bikini.

Beyond that she starts to sound like a woman who needs to remember her place.

If she were just another woman, I would agree.

But she's on camera and she has to suffer, forever, the indignity that every person that she interviews has possibly (one might even assume probably) seen her video and looking at her as if she had no clothes on.

So she deserved to have her right to privacy violated because she wore a bikini?

No, I did not say that she deserved to have her privacy invaded, quite the opposite, I said the guy that did it was in the wrong.

What I did say was that when a woman has herself photographed posing in a bikini and then let the photos be published, it will raise a lot of curiosity in guys minds about her. It is a part of a hetro male's nature to be turned on and intrigued buy an attractive nearly naked woman. This does not make right what that guy did, he obviously has some misguided values. However, if she had never posed as she had, I really have to doubt that this guy would have tried what he did. Seeing her pictures may well have given him the idea to take that next step.
