She Could Be Tamed(closed)

Pathetic. That's the only word that could describe Bell's next "client". Reading through the file on her dark oak desk she could see that a young college student had "fallen" for a mysterious art student on campus. They had dated for awhile until the young dumb co-ed bought the man expensive gifts. Said man then left her alone and damn near penniless. The girl's father has now ordered a hit on the young man.
Sighing deeply Bell put her boot clad feet on the desk. Although she loved the idea of killing this man, she rather let the girl suffer. The young woman was a complete disgrace to her gender and got what she deserved. On the other hand, the assassin wanted to claim revenge for all the to make sure men like him stay in their place. She believed there was no such thing as a strong male because you only have to play one particular card to make them all crumble at your feet. No man can resist the call of the wild.
A buzz on her desk brought Bell out of her thoughts. She pressed the button on her intercom. "This better be fucking good", said Bell irritated.
A very timid female answered, "The uhm boss would like a word with you."
Growling to herself Bell rose from her chair and proceeded to walk out of her office. Before she left she checked herself in the mirror. Her tight black tank top and white jeans hugged her body along with her black combat boots that completed her bad ass outfit. Although her long, wavy purple hair refused to be tamed. Much like herself. She made her way to her boss's office. Not expecting her surprise.

Collin Tagert had gotten used to two things in his time as a soldier and a field agent for the CIA: respect and being in the action. It was the second thing that had brought him into this office today. The soldier had always sworn he’d never have anything to do with wetworks. The spy had sworn only to do it in the name of his country. Today he was stepping over another line.

The thin old man handed Collin a glass of scotch and sat back down behind his desk. Collin by comparison was younger and rougher looking. He’d gone back to the military fade for his black hair after leaving the CIA and he hadn’t shaved in a couple of days leaving him some scruff. Jeans and a heavy green work shirt had been his attire of choice.

“What do you mean you’re giving me a partner?” Collin had been used to working with real professionals not mercenary wannabes. “I don’t need a partner.”
That’s when she walked in. Wild purple hair and her outfit showed him all she needed to know. “What is this, wetwork or babysitting?”

Her acute hearing heard the snide comment this man had made. It made her blood boil and her temper flair. Yes she was young but she was one of the best at what she did. Taking a deep breathe she walked over to her boss's desk making sure her hips swang just right. "Always let them see what they can't have", she thought. Bell ignored the scruffy older man and sat down on her boss's desk.
"Why must you insist on having that weakling call for me", she asked with venom. "You know how easily I break them",she said as she gave a pointed look to the man and gave her sweetest smile. Her boss sighed at her unnecessary comment.

There was something he liked about the girl though. Maybe it was just the pretty face, but maybe she could actually do some damage. Either way, maybe this wouldn't turn out so bad.

"So what's this big job?"

"Kid stuck his nose where it didn't belong and we need you to find him. That's it." The old man pushed the dossier across the desk. "We've already discussed payment and since this is your first work for me, Bell working with you is nonnegotiable. Do we have a deal, Mr. Tagert?"

"Yeah, fine." Collin turned towards the girl now, he needed to know who he was working with.

"So what can you do other than dye your hair and act important?"

Bell smiled a little at the smart ass comment. So the man thought he was going to get to her? She didn't care how attractive he was, that wasn't going to happen. She slowly got to her feet and stood directly in front of him. "Well let's see, I've been known to be pretty good at being a dangerous bitch. Want me to show you?"
"Down girl", came her boss's comment.
She growled without thinking and backed off a little.
"Soon little man. Very soon." Bell thought with a smile.

So angry. There was confidence in her voice and not the kind that came without the skill to back it. Perhaps there was something to her.

"Fine. I'll just wait and see if you're worth anything." Collin flipped through the folder and and gave a questioning look at the man. This job could've been given to the girl alone, regardless of how capable she was. The only problem would be finding the damn weasel.

"I still have some contacts that can track him down for us. Bell, I'll have a place for us to meet when I have more. Don't worry about contact info I can find you."

He didn't give the girl a chance to make more snide comments at his expense. He just got up and walked away.

Bell was fuming. When the door shut she turned to give her boss a piece of her mind. "I don't want to hear it Bell" he said cutting off her rant. Bell leaned on his desk,"Why the hell do I need a partner?! Especially that egotistical smart ass!" He stood up towering over Bell but she didn't back down. "You wanna know why? Because you a hot tempered cannon. You involve your emotions on every assignment you get. Tagert will help keep you in control so we can actually get some damn work done."

"You could've found a woman to do that", Bell fired back.

"Its that kind of sexist bullshit that keeps you from doing your job Darka", he said steaming.
Even though Bell was pissed she knew she wouldn't win this. She stood up straight and rolled her eyes. "Fine. But if he makes another comment about my hair he'll be my next target"

"Wait isn't your actually dyed", he asked laughing a little. She flipped him the finger as she left the office to wait for contact from her partner.

The kid took exactly no time at all to track down and put a bullet in. He didn't even involve the girl, but there was a reason he told her he'd contact her. Killing the kid hadn't exactly sated that need to feel his blood pumping again. He was sure they could take another contract, but before he ever worked with her she needed to understand something. She was good, but he was better.

One of the things he asked his contacts for was her number. It was blocked, but for the people he was talking to that was an inconvenience at most. He dialed the number.

"There's a warehouse down by the docks that I've convinced him to go to. Be there at ten tonight, so we can get this taken care of." Click. Collin wondered just how far he'd take this.

Bell left for home early to get ready for her first mission with a partner. Even though she didn't particularly care for Tagert she had to make this work or she could end up getting them both killed. Bell took the stairs up to her apartment. She loved the extra exercise it gave her. When she reached her door she reached into her bra to grab her keys. She could feel the eyes of her neighbor watching her so she decided to give him a show. After taking a few extra seconds to grab her keys she finally unlocked her door and left the peeping Tom outside.

She immediately went to her room to change. Bell slipped on her black body suit and face mask that covered her mouth and nose. She then slipped her boots back on and attached her knives and gun. Her hair was pinned into submission on top of her head. Deciding she was all ready, she grabbed her keys and headed to the warehouse.

She arrived right on time, but Collin wasn't anywhere to be found. He waited in the shadows instead. It was a dangerous approach, but he felt she'd find it more impressive than the sniping her with a tranquilizer dart. Just as she passed him Collin leapt from his place in the shadows and knocked her off her feet.

They both hit the ground rather hard. He wore dark tight clothing made for use in urban environments. Similar to hers if not as form fitting. Several pockets hid the tools he'd brought for tonight along with the ones he'd left in the warehouse. He wondered if she even realized what was about to happen as they wrestled on the ground for control.

The wind was instantly knocked out of her as her assailant tackled her. Bell cursed herself for being so careless and letting her target spot her. She could feel his superior strength and knew she wouldn't win there. She, also, knew that her speed was unmatched but she had to get free. Using one hand to try and create a space between her and the man she slipped her other hand between them and grabbed the shaft of her knife. "Now die" Bell pulled on the shaft to free the knife from its sheath. But the knife wouldn't budge. Shit.

The pouch on his belt clicked open and Collin pulled the cloth he'd soaked in chloroform just minutes before she'd arrived. He'd gotten lucky that the knife she'd tried to pull had gotten wedged with the angle she was pulling at it. She was quick, that was for sure.

Collin forced the rag over her mouth and nose. "Goodnight, Bell."

Bell's vision started to fade and she knew she was losing the fight. As her body started to still she heard a faint, familiar voice. She cursed herself for being so weak. But, she vowed to make him pay.

There wouldn't be much time. Everything about here showed her strength and Collin would leave nothing to chance. Quickly and quietly he dragged her limp body inside. Everything was set up just how he wanted it. A table with his things all laid out. First he grabbed the rope. It was soft to the touch, but strong and would hold her easily.

Collin propped the limp body of the assassin up against the Saint Andrew's Cross. First he tied her wrists then her ankles. The knots were tight, but made to keep from binding down and doing any permanent damage even if she had some marks when he was done. Next he disarmed her best he could. Guns and knives were set on the table next to his own weapons and toys.

He always had gone a little overboard when he was bored. That's what brought him here in the first place. Perhaps he'd done it again and should just let her go. Or perhaps this was just what she needed. There was more to do, but that could wait for her to wake.

Bell slowly came to and immediately realized something wasn't right. She forced her heavy eyes open and tried to move. The assassin quickly realized she was bound with soft rope. This was not good. Not only had her attacker tied her up but he obviously knew what he was doing. Bell scanned her surroundings looking for her attacker. This caused some of hair to break free and fall in her face.

"Show yourself! I know you're here!"

Bell wanted to look him in his eye. Knowing who he was would make killing him that much sweeter.

"Don't worry," Collin called from just out of sight, "target's dead just like you wanted. I just saw no reason to involve you in that. We do however have another problem."

The man stepped forward into the light so she could see him. "It seems someone needs an attitude adjustment if we're going to work together."

Stepping closer still he ran his fingers through purple hair.

Bell was shocked and pissed. She knew her face was red with anger.

"Tagert! You asshole! Let me go!"
Even though she knew it wouldn't change anything, Bell started to struggle. She pulled and pulled on her bindings. She'd be damned if she was going down without a fight. If this bastard thought he was going to change her attitude, he had another damn thing coming.

"Do not touch me!"

"She what I mean?" The question he asked harshly. Tagert turned to the table and picked up the knife she'd meant to kill him with. With it in hand he moved back to her.

"If you can't show a little respect you don't need these clothes, do you?" She was full of rage, but that would soon turn to fear. He pressed the knife against her smooth belly just until he cut through the fabric. If she wanted to stay in one piece she'd stay still.

As soon as she saw her blade she froze. That was the very knife she had used to end so many lives and the one that almost ended his life. She knew personally how much damage it could cause with little effort. She made sure to hold very still even though every part of her body was screaming to fight. To kill.

She knew this wasn't smart. Her fighting abilities wouldn't get her out of this. She'd have to use her other skills.

"Don't do this. This will come back to bite you in the ass. Now just-just let me go's, Bell spoke softly afraid one wrong breathe could cause injury.

"This will come back to bite me nowhere. Doing anything against me is as good as admitting this happened. You do that and your reputation is gone. May as well tie on an apron and apply at Denny's."

The words were harsh and immediate as if he was insulted she would suggest this could ever turn back on him. Collin back working carefully to cut sections of the skin tight outfit away. Just enough to get to her skin for now. It took time, but he worked patiently and eventually what was left looked like panites and a short sleeved t-shirt that cut off just where her belly began. He'd nicked her a few times just barely, but otherwise she was unhurt.

She hated to admit it but he was right. Bell was a top assassin who just got captured by the guy. If anyone found out she'd be laughed out of a career. Bell only had one option: get his guard down and escape. Although it was so hard to think with him so close to her skin with that knife. It was sending pleasure shocks to her dark place. This had to end

"Fine! What do you want with me?" This. Has. To. End. Fast

"If you're going to work with me, and you will, then you'll have to learn a little respect."

Collin tossed the last shreds of her clothes away. I placed the knife back on the table only to pick up a thin cane. It was flexible, but strong. He could put a lot of force into it without it breaking.

"I find I earn it best through fear and that won't come quickly, but it will come."

Bell's eyes widened as she saw him pick up a cane like stick. She looked into his eyes and saw a hint of what was about to happen. She struggled wildly as she realized what he truly wanted was not sex. Fear started to settle in and she was having trouble fighting it.

"Let me fucking go! Don't do this" She was becoming desperate.

"This wont work. Ill talk to the boss. You'll get another partner if that's what you want."
