Just a question for my friends out there in Lit-land. I have always been a fan of shaving and later Brazillian waxing, I usually go completely bare. I mean, if you are going to have it taken off, get it done right! Recently, a friend was asking me about the waxing process and as I was telling her, her friend began to listen in. I am not shy about sharing info like that with friends, or friends of theirs as long as it isn't in a public setting. Basically the other woman's comment was "and your pedophile boyfriend really likes that, huh. I mean, I can't imagine why anyone would want something that looked like a five year old's" I told her that different people preferred different things and if she didn't like what I had to say, she didn't have to listen to it.

I want to get others' opinions on the subject, especially men in their late thirties, early forties, and women who have had experience with them, but everyone is welcome to throw in their two cents. Not that I intend to change my habits, I am just curious about other's opinions

I love shaved or waxed kitties. So much easier for passing fingers and tongues.

Liking a girl bare is not equivalent to pedophilia. Liking children is equal to pedophilia. There are people wound tight enough to ensure that they never experience a moment of pure enjoyment from life.

Completely agree with you. I think that what is important is that you feel good and sexy about yourself. Waxing helps me along with that, it feels so soft and clean!

Hey, welcome to Lit, btw :)

Welcome to lit curvygirl.

This has nothing to do with paedophilia!

peoples choice.

I like clean, whether it be brazillian or just a little trimmed strip at the top.

myself, I am shaved bare.

;)

Thanks, I am finding my way around nicely and everyone here has been great! I am almost not a virgin anymore...I don't know if I should regret that or not, oh well, it's fun while it lasts!

I am considering retiring this nik and getting another one just so i can be a virgin all over again.

I like to shave mine... Except i leave a thin line of hair down the middle... Just to prove im a natural redhead, i guess :)
I never tried a wax though, im afraid it might hurt... Alot!

Welcome to Lit!

Thanks for the welcome! I am outside of palm coast, north of Daytona Beach.
It does hurt...Alot, but it is SO worth it. If you do it, take ONE benadryl about 1/2 hr before hand and then tylenol afterwards. My advice is to do it 1-2 days before the event you are waxing for in the event that you experience redness. I did the first time I got it done, but never again. Let your esthetician know if you are very heat sensitive. Bliss Spas and J sisters in NYC are excellent, and I go to a little place in Daytona for mine now. The lady is like a hundred years old and is from eastern-Europe. She does all of the traditional Muslim women in the area for miles including something called hallwa (sp) that is removing all body hair including arms, fingers, legs, underarms, EVERYTHING. Hallwa is done to the bride before a wedding, although now she says she hasn't done a "traditional" one in years, it is mostly women looking to add romance to their relationships.

Shaved completely here (Master likes it like that)

Never been brave enough to wax...bit of a whimp like that!

Yeah, it took me a while to suck it up and just do it the first time. I really researched it and got every bit of info I could. I was then laughed at by almost the entire salon because I asked how much experience the woman had in waxing. No one could believe I actually asked. I never went back to that place again, you need to feel comfortable and that just wasn't doing it for me. It doesn't hurt as bad as you think it will but that is still alot.

I've had lovers who did and didn't shave. I actually prefer someone who didn't. I like the soft, warm feel of pubic hair during sex. Just me. :D However I certainly haven't DECLINED being with someone because they're shaved.

I prefer ladies that are completely bare, or have a nice little landing strip.. :D

If they shave, it has to be done regularly because stubble sucks.... thus, waxing would have to be done less frequently...

Being a man that knows what he likes, all I gotta say is "sometimes you eat the "Bare" and sometimes it eats you." Either way it is all good.

at the moment I am completely bare.....My Lover and I like to keep things fresh. I may hair some months and then have him take it all off.

I actually love the feeling of having skin to skin contact.

I think the comment from your friend was just ignorance on her part.

re

Absolutely bare beats hair. I shave my SO. Sometimes leave the top on. Smooth from clit down. Waxing would be fabulous but she hates pain.

cranky
