i have been told that if i shave the area between my ass and my balls i will have the "CLEANEST WIPE EVER" and that it wil grow back soft. Can anyone tell me if this is true because i am thinking i might regret the little trim job i performed a few hours ago.

Thanks ahead of time for any responses

Never tried it. However when you think about it logically, when you cut hair it will grow out with a square head. That is what makes it sharp and ichy.
As far as hair in different regions growing out thinner or coarser I could not answer that question.
What I can say is if you like it that way enjoy it. Have a woman give you a rim job and then see how it feels.

Shaving Vs Waxing

I work in a full service salon, what I can tell you is this, when you wax is when your hair grows in thinner or softer. The reason being some of the folicles heal over and no more hair grows out of them, also you do not have to wax as often as you shave.
The down side is that waxing is momentarilly painful. so it's a completely personal opinion.

I think personal hygeine has a lot more to do than how much hair is on your butt!

You may or may not like your new trim job, but no harm done unless you used a dull razor and chafed yourself.

At any rate, if you decide you don't like it you'll be back to normal in a week or two max.

Actually when you shave down there, the hair will grow back thicker and itcher then before. Chances are that if you've already started shaving your balls... your going to have to keep on shaving it.

Maybe it's just me but, I've gone back and forth with shaving down south and this was not my experience. Yes, it's been itching, but only for a day or two. It definitely doesn't seem thicker to me and I've been doing these "haircuts" for years.

I shave down there as well and have no problems. I definitely shave the area between my sack and butt. Itchy-ness lasts maybe for half a day. I even let it grow to long sometimes before redoing the shave job and it only gets itchy for a short time. I once shaved part of my butt and it didn't help with the "cleaner wipe" at all.
As far as thicker....not true. I think it comes back in thinner if anything.

My husband started doing the really close trim and now he has gone to using Nair and such. His hair has gotten very sparse when he lets it grow out. He has found that he really loves being hairless in the underarms and in that area because he isn't so hot all the time and he sweats less. He was quite skeptical and hesitant because he didn't know if I would think less of him, but of course the end result is really enjoyable for both of us... especially if a guy wants to be tongued or have their balls sucked at all... it REALLY makes that fun for a woman to do it, and he says it is much more sensitive without all that hair in the way. :D I recommend checking into the hairless options.

I'm not sure what "the cleanest wipe ever" is supposed to mean. But no, it won't grow back soft the first time. Probably not the second. In fact, it probably won't for a long time.

Definitely go the waxing or electrolysis route if you're looking to reduce the amount of hair you have in any region of the body. I've been waxing for more than four years now (all over) and I don't have to go nearly as often as I did in the beginning.

hair will not regrow more dense when you shave, that is a myth.

I prefer somethign like Nair (actually, use the Veet stuff), because I get horrible razor burn and it grows back so stubbly when I shave.

shaving suggestion

I got this suggestion from another site, Adult Toy Chest, and their newsletter. I don't know if a guy would want to try this (ouch!) but it works great on me. So any women who want to try....I've been shaving it all off for years and I trust this method.

Hot shower, shaving cream, sharp razor. IMMEDIATELY after getting out of the shower, splash rubbing alcohol on the skin. (I know, it sounds horrible! But it keeps away unsightly red bumps. Really.) Then men's after shave lotion.

Then if you don't let it grow out too long, just keep up with daily shaving and you should stay smooth and "bumpless."

Actually i had some advice from women that wiping witch hazel on the "just shaved" area will help with the bumps. I have been doing it ever since with great results. Also I also rub my chest and groin down with aloe after the witch hazel dries off.
I also found that if i mix shave gel with equal amount of pure aloe gel it makes it much more thicker and does want to run off as quick while shaving. Also seems like it gives a smoother shave. I also recommend the m3 power from gillette. It works well for me.

That sounds like a nice mixture for anyone who isn't alergic to aloe like me... :( Cleanliness is the best way to help reduce bumps and infected hairs and whatnot though, so I think I'll try that rubbing alcohol thing. :)

Just for the fact that the area you want hairless is extremely hard to get a view of by yourself unless your a contortionist, I would have to tell ya to try a non-razor approach!!!!

I personally try to avoid cuts on areas that I cant see!

In the last couple of years they have come out with a lot of products designed to be used on the "bikini area" and most of these are great for areas in that general vicintiy too!!!

be sure to test these products on your arm or leg first cause some of them can be quite strong and give you a rash!

Good Luck!
