Print-screen and put into Paint.
Crop down to focus on the photo and less on the background.

Try that ... I'm sure others may have other suggestions as well.

windows 8: open photo in paint, choose edit/resize
windows 7 or below, open photo in photo-editor choose edit/resize I'd go for 10% of the current size...

I tried that, but it doesn't let me just -insert- pictures. Is there a reason for that? My only options are insert link or insert image (via a link)?
