Sharing incestuous dreams with a woman

Now and then I feel an urge to talk with a woman in private about my incestuous dreams while growing up. What I crave is sharing my thoughts in fullest intimate details. Preferably with a woman who has been through this herself, with her son if possible. Or another relative.

My virtual lover is not up to this, which I regret. We are dong quite well in other respects, including horny fantasizing with each other, but this one craving I cannot share with her.
