My answer probably won't be of popular opinion in here maybe, but, oh it's still a huge concern or more guys would probably be doing it A LOT MORE and or they would have lots more accessible places with gloryholes available. The AIDS empidemic was the main reason MOST Adult bookstore's "adult theaters" got shut down in the 80s.
Today we know more about AIDS. I personally think STDs you can possibly contract if there is any open sores and you are getting sucked by a stranger that does such things. Way more risky if you are the one sucking (especially swallowing cum) strangers. If you don't know their sexual activities then I would HIGHLY advise against meeting strangers for random hookups.
