Although it still feels lousy, being alone isn't half bad when you also feel the "connection" with the person who is not physically with you. Although I might feel lonely, I never feel alone anymore. Not only knowing my heart is full of love for my most intimate lover, but for the friends and family who are elsewhere, whether in this life or the next.
