One of the enduring memes for erotica are stories in the workplace, almost all of which boil down to sexual harassment. This is fine, as we put on our blinders and imagine a fantasy world and then run with the story.

And then I find out that unpaid interns are not covered by sexual harassment laws!!! Read that again! Wow.

This opens up new avenues for stories, as the boss can work over intern(s) without having to resort to fantasy land. There apparently are few repercussions from such behavior.
