This may have been discussed elsewhere but I thought I’d provide my input and experience. Apparently sexomnia which in a nutshell is basically ‘sleep fucking’,fondling,touching yourself,etc. As I’ve gotten older(I’m 37 now) it has progressed and become a regular behavior.
As with sleep walking and talking it usually is more frequent when I’m extremely tired or having an uneasy sleep pattern that particular night. My wife and I both sleep nude so that provides more ease of access to myself as well as her body. Bless my wife’s heart because she has fully embraced it and doesn’t skip a bit when I have a very active night.
