I agree with this! I love kissing by itself or kissing with sex. Even when I was working I did not mind kissing clients with a few exceptions. Many times they did not want kissing on the lips or tongue kissing.

For me, sex is always accompanied by kissing.

Sex is a very emotional experience for me, and kissing is how I make that initial connection. On top of that, it's how I can gauge my partner's level of arousal (Does she want to be gentle or rough?) and how I can communicate how I'm feeling. It's also a great break or transition, and a way of checking in with my partner and reinforcing our connection.

I can understand it being foregone, though, especially in a situation like a one night stand, where emotions could be the last thing on your mind--or you're actively trying to avoid them.
