The only ones I'm familiar with are Chang and Eng Bunker (I think those were their names), the "original Siamese twins" as they are called. They were conjoined at the torso, I believe, and married different women and fathered quite a few children.

Having identical twin girls myself, I am pretty grossed out about this as far as fantasies go. If it happens to conjoined twins in real life, that is one thing. But not for fantasy material. However, I have my own quirky fantasies; I do not condemn anyone for their own fantasies.
