Why do you even want to stay with a guy who doesn't satisfy you sexually?

When you love someone, you want to do the higher good for them. The higher good isn't fucking around behind their backs. If you're confused on that, you ought to tell him you have been, and are currently, cheating on him, and see his reaction. He deserves someone who truly loves him AND acts like it by being honest and respectful of his health and happiness.

Oh, and just because sex has nothing to do with love for you doesn't mean it's that way for everyone. Don't kid yourself...you're just betraying him period, emotionally AND sexually.

I'm not talking about morality here...except maybe the "golden rule". I'd not want to be cheated on, so I would not cheat on anyone myself, nor would I encourage anyone to do it, even by silence.

Now, love and sex can be separate, but if you are in a relationship with someone, then it should be discussed, between the two of you, whether it is a monogamous one or not. If your lover agrees that its ok for you to fuck other people, for whatever reason, that's fine. If the two of you can't agree on that, though, then you have to decide if its important enough to leave him/her for. Sleeping around behind his back is betrayal, its dishonest no matter how you look at it.
