My wife and I were thinking about buying those sex videos like Better Sex. We just want to know if it is worth the money and if it has acutally helped anyone on here. don't know if this is any help but we got the sex for over 40 even though we are both only early 30's
but Alison has arthurits (sp) in her hip joints among other places
and some of the gentler possitions are easer for her

In my personal experience ( which is extensive LOL )
I have found that MOST ( not all ) sex tapes and books are a waste of time and money better spent on other things. There ARE a few good books out there. But I have yet to see any tapes that have been worth the money spent on them. What exactly are you looking for ? A little spice like some light bondage/domination ? Different positions ? I have found that trying things seen on a tape makes the actual real live application seem stilted and sometimes forced. Instead of being able to do things naturally as they come.

If you are looking for some spice, a good book is " Screw the Roses, Send Me the Thorn's " or one I just picked up called " Cum Hither ". Both of these are very laid back, and written with the novice explorer in mind. I wish you well on your journey of sensual exploration, and I hope you find what you are looking for.

Use your own imagination. Draw your mate into it and let the experience take on a life of it's own. Videos and books fall short because they cannot know you as an individual and what you like or what your mate likes. I sometimes wonder if people choose to think the pornos are real.
