Sex stories about celebrities - is a disclaimer needed?

Been trying to look around for information on this, both here at literotica and by googling, but didn't find any recommendations.
I've noticed that some but not all celebrity sex stories on literotica have some variant of disclaimers, so I would really like to know if disclaimers are necessary and if so how they should be composed to have legal validity.

Lit used to put a disclaimer on all Celebrities stories. These days there are plenty without one. It’s up to you- I include them to protect my liability.
