What do you think is better? I mean for me the only BDSM store that i know of in San Diego, Ca is the Crypt up by Balboa Park. Curious to hear if their are others that may have a better selection at all. I know in the past i have bought my spreader bars and cuffs their. Currently looking for other stores to explore at and see what is all out their and all. I mean if their are stores that specialize in rubber at all or what not. Have also been to Hustler <yuck not that great of a selection that is if you are looking for the leather or BDSM attire>. Just trying to get other ideas on where some of the crowd may do their shopping at that is decent and also hands on type or whether its a online type that you have used and have been happy with.

Thank You

I recently discovered http://www.sub-shop.com/ - I've been having a lot of fun with their wishlist! ;)

hmm so far looks great thank you again....

but ya know these dont always have to be in california at all either if they have a decent one at all its gets a better known idea for people and all like if they had a good experience their at all or not....

It is true that a large number of nationally-known toy stores are in California, but there are others.
Toys in Babeland has stores in Seattle and NYC.
DC stores include The Leather Rack (Dupont Circle), Dream Dresser (Georgetown), and Pleasure Place (Georgetown across from Dream Dresser, and Dupont across from Leather Rack - so convenient!).
And there are plenty of places in NYC, too. There's a recent thread with info on them.

thank you very much they are great sites ...... hmmm now to figure out what toys to get...

I'm a big fan of the Stockroom. Great stuff. Great selection. Great service. Things usually make it from Cali to FL in about 3 days. The prices are reasonable, compared to other online places (extremerestraints.com, blowfish.com etc.) I'll continue to shop there.

The only place I can actually get hands on is down in Orlando (hour and 1/2 drive), and it's not strictly BDSM/fetish, but part of a "adult superstore." They have a great selection, mind you, but the prices are a bit higher than ordering directly, and the quality is lower.

Personally, I would check out ebay before I pay retail. I have gotten some great buys there recently and most of the sellers are willing to work with you on shipping if you buy multiple items....

ebay

eBay for sex toys? I admit there's plenty of bargains to be had there, but I'm not sure I'd buy sex toys through eBay.

I can give you the short list and prices... I have yet to be burned... and have found them to have the same products as other on-line stores only much cheaper in most cases.

Ultra 2000 strap on with anal and vaginal plugs and dildoe.. 52.00
Remote control vibrating egg... 49.00
19" double dong by Doc Johnson... 8.99
Cordless vibrating nipple clamps... 19.00
Cordless vibrating thong... 15.00

Those are just a few of the items I have bought in the last year and as a rule I comparison shop very heavily before buying.

It's not the prices I'm concerned about. Presumably these are all new-in-package and totally unused, right? Also, I don't know the retail prices of the items you referenced, so I don't know how good a discount that would be. (I tend to be a more silicone-oriented girl, the expensive stuff!)

All are new in the packages. Ugh.... I can't imagine anything worse that using someone's left over sex toys...

Check out the prices for yourself... Personally I prefer acyrlic and glass.... and have my eye one a few items. (You know, the expensive stuff!);)

Any other areas of Virginia that have them? I am a little south of DC and have yet to find a good one.

Sex stores south of Northern Virginia? Ha! There's Night Dreams in Tyson's Corner, which is near me.

I did some searching, though, and there's Taboo Lingerie in Richmond. That's all I found!

how about stores here in Colorado? I don't have a chance to check in Denver, but still, looking for things here in the area

How far south of DC did you mean? I live in Harrisonburg, around 2 hours south and west of DC, and there're three sex stores in this town. Sadly, their all small, and the only one that has any real BDSM stuff is Pamela's, and it's still limited. I could hit any of them up for dildo's, lube, vibrators, and that's about it. :(

Well, I am in the woodbridge area and I am still searching lol.

I know that there's an MVC (Midnight Video Club) in Fairfax somewhere....although if I remember correctly it's a floor and a half of video, and only a small section of toys, and I don't think they had any clothes/leather/anything serious(ly fun). Sorry, I haven't been in NOVA for a few years really. :-/
