Why not? In fact, I think that Eve has done something along those lines. To me, a nice twist would be to have the woman the disabled party. I've know quite a few people with disabilities, some more severe than others. From what I've gathered among them is that their sex life and ordinary life dependes on the disabilities they have.
A guy can be a paraplegic and still get a hard-on and orgasm ... I think the hardest part is finding someone who's willing to accept their disability
