What makes a woman sexy? Lots of different things, obviously. And not everyone would agree on what they are, which is good because otherwise all us men would be after the same group of women.

For purposes of this question, I'm trying to distinguish "sexiness" from "attractiveness." I want to focus on things that women DO to be sexy. Of course beautiful features, big boobs on a narrow waist topping wide hips is sexy, but aside from keeping in shape, a woman can't will herself a beautiful face or a bombshell figure, sexy as that may be.

Some traits I find sexy:

A person with whom I have an emotional connection with and trust enough to let myself be utterly vulnerable to.

A person who makes me laugh. I don't mean a routine or shtick. That backfires most of the time because it’s so rehearsed. I’m talking about honest humor—whether it’s dry Brit wit or outrageous physical comedy.

I don't suppose I should quibble, but it seems to me the trust thing has more to do with love than sexiness. It is sexy to be loved, of course. Every time.

But, here we have a woman, and she's not the only one on the thread, telling men what's sexy, how to be in order to be approved by a woman! And yet, no one is going to complain about that, because this is exactly what many men want to know. The index thing is just silly, unless what you're judging is pinups-- images, not women.
