TO, ON--an ersatz metropolis. A toy city. THe CN tower is nothing but a huge reinforced-concrete obelisk, a gigantic waste of vertical space that serves no function. City planning at its worst. The real city is all cobblestone streets, vegetarian co-ops and hippy cafes, like Tombstone, Arizona 1880 with dreadlocks and poetry slams.
