Baldurs Gate 3, the only game I've come across where the sex scenes feel organic to the characters themselves.

Having had Gale be surprised that I'd rather just be with his real self vs this magical show he wants to offer, to Lae'zel's combat sex that has her command you to go down on her.

It's just nice to see them think more about it than just "your relationship meter is high, time for bj"
