I envision a game of pictionary or charades with teams. If a team can't guess their player's charade or drawing, then the other team can make that player perform one sex act.

I've seen a lot of sexy games at nude resorts in Jamaica. One favorite was "Find Your Mate." A woman (or man) is blindfolded, and then they have to feel a bunch of naked men (or women) and guess which one is their mate.
