Sex and headaches

Simply put, if you have ever had sex either before during or after sex, was that headache worse, better, or no change?

I would say that if the cause of my headache is stress or emotions then yes, sex can relieve the pain.
If it's just a general headache then it just stays the same. Or worsens if the sex is very active.

But yes, I'd agree with that in my experience as well. Sinus headaches are a definite no-go for me though!

In my limited experience it always improves or eliminates it.
