Whitaker chaired Sam Clovis' election campaign. Clovis is a grand jury witness in a case stemming from the Mueller investigation. Whitaker is also on record telling Trump's lawyers not to co-operate with the investigation. This is banana republic shit.

Sessions was a mistake from the gitgo. Sessions was for the greater part of his career a legislative branch politician. No one with a long background in the legislative branch should ever be sent up as AG. Legislators, by their nature, are compromisers. And that's fine for that particular position. But the law, and especially the enforcement thereof, is not negotiable.
